Albert Earl Hall, 93, was born Feb. 13, 1931 at Hiwasse AR to Robert Gates Hall and Mary Carlene (Ball) Hall. He passed at St. Francis Hospital in Vinita, OK on Nov. 14, 2024 with his family by his side.
He was a graduate of Siloam Springs High School in the class of 1950. He also graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSEE degree in Electrical Engineering. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the US Air Force and was in the Korean Conflict. He was honorably discharged in 1954 with the rank of Staff Sargent. After graduating from University of Arkansas, he worked at Boeing in Wichita, KS where they were building the B52H. Later he worked for North American Aviation which later was acquired by Rockwell International in Tulsa, OK where he worked on the Minuteman Missile, the space shuttle, and the Apollo program. Then Rockwell was acquired by Boeing and he worked on the Stealth Bomber and the B1B. After retirement, he volunteered with the Coves fire department until the fire department no longer was a volunteer service and he enjoyed delivering meals for Meals On Wheels.
He was predeceased by his parents, 2 brothers, Robert Carroll & Jerry Carlton, and 2 sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" and Mary Jo.
His survivors are his wife, Eva Jane (Sisk) Hall, 2 daughters, Judy Kathryn Hall and Frances Ann (Hall) McGuffey and husband James, 3 grandsons, Jeremy Alexander McGuffey and wife Jessica Lee, Christopher Sean "Chris" McGuffey and wife Ashley Kay, and Nathan Francis McGuffey, 2 great-grandsons, Connor McGuffey and Alex McGuffey and 3 great-granddaughters, Haley James McGuffey, Madison Nicole McGuffey, and Gwendolyn Maren McGuffey. He is also survived by a brother, William Roy "Bill" Hall and wife Marilyn and several nieces and nephews.
At his request, he will be cremated and there will be no services. Rather than flowers, if someone wishes to honor him, donate to the Wounded Warrier program, or a hospice program, or the organization of your choice
The arrangements were entrusted to Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
