Chales Ray King SR

Charles Ray King SR, age 89, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away Sunday, July 19, 2026, at the Earlene Howard Hospice House in Springdale, AR.

Charles was born on March 1, 1937, at home in Washington County, Arkansas, the son of the late Harry Forest King and Norma Louise (Pollock) King.

On July 1, 1955, Charles married the love of his life, Claudine Huff and she survives.

Charles worked for many years as a machinist; he had also spent time working in the oil fields and as a carpenter building homes. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening and all types of sports, but especially hunting, fishing.

Charles is survived by his loving wife Claudine; 1 son, Steven King and wife Jennifer; 2 daughters, Vicky King and Leahann Krug and husband Tony; 2 sisters, June Baggett and husband Ray, and Virginia Woodfin; a daughter in-law, Rhonda King; 6 grandchilden, Lacy Dahl, Melissa Holleman, Shawn King, Apreal Spenser, Anthony Krug, and Amber Krug; and many great and great great grandchildren.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Charles Ray King JR; and 2 sisters, Elizabeth Combs and Lois Clayton.

Per Charles’ wishes, cremation was chosen and there are no services planned at this time.
