David R O'Neal

David R. O’Neal, 63, lifelong resident of Siloam Springs, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2018 at his home.

David was born on October 2, 1954, in Siloam Springs, a son of Chester O’Neal and Evelyn Powers O’Neal.  He was a truck driver for many years, including driving for the Nolan Robertson Company lastly. He enjoyed rebuilding old cars and was a handy man.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda O’Neal of the home; one daughter, Melissa Smith of Tulsa, OK; one grandson, Garrett Smith of Tulsa, OK; two step children, Christy Arnold of PA and Christopher Johnson of Bentonville; one brother, Douglas R. O’Neal of Siloam Springs and one sister, Katherine Burton of Gravette.

Visitation will be held at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs on Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
