Dennis "Wade" Martin II

Dennis “Wade” Martin II, 42, of Watts, Oklahoma passed away Saturday at his home. 

Wade was born November 15, 1981, in Baxter Springs, Kansas. He was the son of Dennis W Martin, Sr. and Renee Trombley Martin. Wade was a Licensed Gunsmith with his certifications from the American Gun Institute, an Agriculture Cultivation Expert, operating as an Oklahoma Licensed grower and had been a professional Xbox gamer. He loved the outdoors, including hunting and fishing, was an artist who loved to draw and especially loved his two dogs. He was a prankster with all that he knew and was affectionally known as “Unkie” to many of his children’s friends. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Jamie Martin of Colcord; his parents Dennis and Renee Martin of Watts, stepdaughter, Dara Johnson of Colcord; stepson, Drew Winters of Fayetteville, AR; his brother, Andy Martin and wife Jessica of Watts; his nieces and nephews who he considered his children, Dameon Martin, Kylie Martin, and Lashonna Taylor. 

A Gathering of Friends will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 2:00pm at the Reunion House at the Natural Falls State Park, it is come as you are but please wear purple to honor Wade. 

Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs, AR.
