Debbie & family...we are so sorry for your loss. May your memories & God's love bring you peace, comfort & strength at this difficult time. Death takes the body. God takes the soul. Our mind holds the memories. Our heart keeps the love. Our faith lets us know we will meet again some day.

In July 1952 I stayed with Eddie, his older brother, Jerry, and his sister Mary. I went fishing with the 2 boys almost every day, as well as, catching frogs and swimming. I actually learned to swim that month in Odem's farm pond. We had lots of fun and no cares. When Jerry went into the Army, Eddie & I played baseball, shot guns at targets in the dump., and ran around. He was always fun to be with and always had a positive attitude. We never had any disagreements. I would have liked to have been with him more in our later years, however, he was usually working and said he couldn't get off very often. Aunt Dee says she always enjoyed being with Eddie and remembers him as always a kind and friendly person. She always enjoyed the stories he shared with her. He was a devoted father. grandfather, and great grandfather who loved his family very much. We will keep your families in our thoughts and prayers.

Had the pleasure of knowing Ed for the past 15 years. My wife Marla was his next door neighbor. I would always make time to stop and visit with him and his dog "Ugly". Deeply regret not stopping by and visiting him for the past year. He will be greatly missed. My sincerest condolences to his family. Respectfully, John Williams.

Eddy loved to dance. He could make you feel like you were floating across the dance floor. He was at times like a second dad to me. My thoughts and prayers are with Renae, Billy, and Debbie, as well as their children.
