Gracia Danke

Gracia Myrtle Danke, 90, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024, at the Earlene Howard Hospice Home in Springdale, Arkansas.

Gracia was born on December 11, 1933 in Decatur, Arkansas to parents Vardie and Ruth Taylor. She married the love of her life, Norman Danke, on November 14, 1962, who preceded her in death. Throughout her life, she was a dedicated worker in her family’s business. She loved crocheting, animals, reading, and going for walks. She was also a member of Bethel Heights Assembly of God. What she will be most remembered by is her love for her family.

She is survived by one son, Nathan P. Danke of Decatur, AR; three daughters, Alice Setter of Ardmore, OK, Barbara Landrum and husband Ronnie of Siloam Springs, AR, and Patricia Lasure and husband Justin of Nevada, MO; one brother, Marvin Taylor of Guymon, OK; and one grandchild, Elizabeth Ann Setter.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Vardie and Ruth Taylor; her husband, Norman Danke; and one son, Charles Curtis Danke.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00AM, Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the First Baptist Church in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Pastor Duncan Locke will officiate the service.
