James Edward Woodham

James Edward Woodham, 72, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas peacefully passed away Thursday morning, July 1, 2021 at Earlene Howard Circle of Life Home in Springdale, Arkansas.

 

James was born December 23, 1948 in Alexandria, Louisiana to Jesse Woodham and Lucille Singletary-Woodham. On February 11, 1982, he married the love of his life, Patricia Terherst-Woodham in Many, Louisiana. They traveled from Louisiana to Northwest Arkansas to serve the local community and shared many loving memories together. He retired as a maintenance mechanic from the Veteran’s Healthcare System of the Ozarks; but in his spare time, he enjoyed being outdoors.  He was an avid farmer, bow hunter, fisherman, and loved to garden with his grandson.

 

He is survived by his wife, Patricia of the home; son Jesse Woodham and wife, Zaida of Siloam Springs; daughter, Crystal Woodham-Kincheloe and husband, Billy of Siloam Springs; 2 brothers, Wayne Woodham and wife, Vicki of Leesville, LA. and James “Rocky” Willard and wife, Carolyn of North Port, AL;4 grandchildren, Adina Woodham, Emily Richardson and husband, Cole, Parker Woodham, and Kourtney Woodham; and many other loved ones.

 

He is preceded in death by his parents and son James E. Woodham JR.

 

The Wake for James will be held Friday, July 2, 2021 beginning at 6:00pm until the following morning until 7:00am at The Sanctuary United Pentecostal Church of Lincoln, AR.

 

Graveside Service will be held 11:00am, Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Farewell Cemetery of Green Forest, AR. The family request that all family and friends gather at the cemetery by 10:45am. Brother David McBride and Brother Kenny Asbury will officiate the service.
