Janette Love

Janette Terese Love, 82, of Westville, Oklahoma passed away peacefully Monday, September 8, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family.

Janette was born December 14, 1942 in California to the late James and Marie Moore. Janette married the love of her life, Carl Love, on February 6, 1976, in Jal, New Mexico. They shared a beautiful life together until Carl’s passing in 2016. Janette found her greatest joy in the time they spent traveling side by side, making memories across the miles.

A woman of many talents and passions, Janette enjoyed knitting, quilting, and reading. She had an eye for history and beauty as a devoted antique collector, always treasuring the stories behind the pieces she found. Above all, she loved her family dearly and cherished every moment spent together.

Janette was a faithful member of the Global Methodist Church in Westville, Oklahoma, where she found strength in her faith and fellowship with her church family.

She is survived by her son, Michael Dale Stiles; her daughter, Rebecca Farguson and husband Kent; two brothers, Jasper Moore and wife Megan, and Pat Moore and wife Donna; three grandchildren, Kristle Cordero, Hannah Farguson, and Noah Farguson; six great-grandchildren, Carlee, Jack, Aleah, Ashton, Damieon, and Lyric; and other close family members Brendon, James, Sunny, Ponder, and Bhakti.

The visitation will be held Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 5:00PM-8:00PM at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

The funeral service will be held 11:00AM on Friday, September 12, 2025 at the Global Methodist Church of Westville, Oklahoma. Located at 901 N. Taft St., Westville, OK 74965. Dr. Dan Eischen will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Westville Cemetery.
