Janise Ruth Miller

Janise Ruth Miller, age 73, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away Friday, May 1, 2026, at the Siloam Springs Regional Hospital.

Janise was born on January 26, 1953, in Superior, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Oliver Champlin and Florence (Siem) Champlin. On September 21, 1973, in Austin, Minnesota, she married the love of her life, Thomas Miller and he survives.

Janise worked for many years as a clerk in a Credit Union. She owned and operated a Kennel and Cattery for many years shipping AKC Registered puppies and purebred kittens across the nation bringing joy into many homes.

Janise is survived by her loving husband, Tom; a brother, Ken Champlin; many nieces and nephews and a host of friends

Janise was preceded in death by her parents.

Per Janises’ wishes, cremation was chosen and there are no services planned at this time.
