Kila Kathleen Killian, age 65, of Centerton, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas.
Kila was born on April 16, 1961, in Modesto, to the late John Killian and Carolyn (Denton) Killian.
Kila worked in banking for many years and was known for her warm heart and love for sharing stories and cherished memories. She had a deep love for country music, especially the music of Hal Ketchum and Garth Brooks, and was also a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys. During her time living in Nashville, she enjoyed visiting the Grand Ole Opry and the Ryman Auditorium, where she was able to see several of her favorite country artists perform.
Above all else, Kila loved her family deeply. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt whose greatest joy came from spending time with her three daughters, eight grandchildren, and extended family.
Kila is survived by her three daughters: Tristan Hamm and husband Ryan of Watts; Kirena Sheppard and husband Jameson of Bentonville; and Kendra Reyes and husband William of Siloam Springs. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren: Dylan Sawyer, Kassidy Hamm, Olivia Hamm, Mason Hamm, Jaxon Sheppard, Keaton Sheppard, Kylie Sheppard, and Gabriella Reyes; her two sisters, Sharon Butler and husband Greg, and Karin Killian; as well as her aunt, Glenda McLeod, and her nieces and nephew, Jennifer Mello, Kenneth Mello, and Alicia Killian.
In accordance with Kila’s wishes, a private family burial was held.
