Marie Johnson

Marie Lois Johnson, 81, of Phoenixville, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at the Season’s Hospice Home in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. 

Marie was born on December 7, 1936 in Harrison, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Thomas Binam and Lorinza (Slape) Binam.  She was a devoted mother and a faithful Christian woman.  She retired from Campbell’s Soup in Fayetteville, Arkansas. 

She was preceded in death by her seven siblings, Hershel Binam, Bill Slape, Melvin Binam, Mansford Binam, Marvin Binam, Orval Binam and Gonavieve Sims Binam.

Marie is survived by her four sons, Don Trammell, Paul Pettey, Buddy Pettey and Kelly Wade; two grandchildren, Ashley Pettey and Reece Pettey; some great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 23, 2018 at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Springdale, Arkansas from 10:00am to 12:00pm.  Graveside service will be held at the Friendship Cemetery Monday, April 23, 2018 at 2:00pm.  Pastor Clark Snow will officiate the service.
