Nancy Jane Marsh

Nancy Jane Marsh, 83, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, March 2, 2020.

Nancy was born on October 8, 1936 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas to Burnice and Cressie Van Hooser-Ferguson. She was blessed with the opportunity to live her entire life on her family’s farm. While attending college at John Brown University, she met the love of her life, Lyle Marsh while roller-skating. From this union, she would become a kindergarten teacher at Buttons and Bows and later on, she became Lyle’s secretary at Marsh’s Racing Tire Inc. You could find her working on crossword puzzles, playing the piano, attending church at Gum Springs Baptist Church, and was well-known as the sweetest lady around. She was loved by everyone.

She is survived by her husband, Lyle Marsh of the home; 1 daughter, Cindy Brackin of Gravette, AR; 1 son, Randy Marsh; 2 brothers, James “Jimmy” Ferguson and wife, Beverly of Midwest City, OK., and Van Ferguson and wife, Dorothy of Tahlequah, OK; 3 grandchildren, Justin Marsh and wife, Virginia, Jessica Tharp and husband, Forrest, and Casey Marsh; 8 great-grandchildren, Hailey Spence, Emily Tharp, Cheyenne Marsh, Afton Tharp, Ian Tharp, Andrew Tharp, Isabel Tharp, and Breydon Marsh; and many other loved ones.

A graveside service for Nancy will be held Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 10:00am at Oak Hill Cemetery of Siloam Springs. Pastor Gordon Topping will officiate the service.
