Rhonda Lynn Stamps

Rhonda Lynn Stamps, 63, of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away on January 5, 2026, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Born on December 30, 1962, in Yokosuka, Japan, Rhonda lived a life marked by compassion, tenacity, and an unwavering devotion to those she loved.

Rhonda had a servant’s heart and was often the first to step forward when someone was in need. She was known for her kindness, her bright and genuine smile, and her remarkable resilience. Despite a decades-long battle with severe rheumatoid arthritis, Rhonda faced each day with grace, strength, and a cheerful spirit. Her life stands as a lasting example of courage, faith, and positivity in the face of adversity.

Professionally, Rhonda worked as an analyst for Sam’s Club and several Walmart vendor companies before retiring. Outside of work, she found happiness spending time outdoors with her husband and son—camping, fishing, hunting, and making memories together. She was an enthusiastic Diet Coke drinker and was always happy to share one with anyone nearby, a small gesture that reflected her generous spirit. Rhonda’s greatest joy came later in life with the arrival of her beloved granddaughter, whom she adored beyond measure.

Rhonda found her church home at Revival Tabernacle Church, where she deepened her faith and formed meaningful friendships. She loved serving alongside her church family and took pride in being part of a close-knit, supportive community.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Luther Stamps; her son, Cody Stamps (Samantha); her granddaughter, Maggie Beth Stamps; her mother, Janice Hendrickson; her sister, Sandra Mahoney (Lawrence); and many treasured family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Hendrickson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Arthritis Foundation (www.arthritis.org), a cause close to Rhonda’s heart.
