Saundra Sue Case

Saundra Sue Case, 82, of Colcord, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, August 30, 2024, at the Northwest Medical Center in Siloam Springs. 

Saundra was born on March 29, 1942, in Seminole, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of John Holmes and Kathleen Murphy Holmes. She married David B. Case on August 30, 1955, in Seminole, Oklahoma, who preceded her in death. Saundra was a homemaker but had worked many years as a Secretary at the Canadian Middle School in Canadian, Texas. She enjoyed the outdoors and enjoyed accompanying her husband going fishing. She was also an artist who loved to paint cabins and winter scenes. Saundra’s true love was being with her family and being around people and children. 

She is survived by two sons, Terry Case (Bandi) of Colcord, Oklahoma and Randy Case of Bastrop, Texas; an adopted daughter, Emma Case Liston (Nathan) of Ames, Iowa; daughter in law, Sharon Case of Gallatin, MO; along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one son, David Keith Case. 

Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs, AR.
