Stephen D Armes

Stephen Dewey Armes, 68, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed Sunday, November 24, 2024, at his residence. 

Stephen was born March 22, 1956, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Dewey Evan Armes and Barbara Ruth (Tuovila) Armes. 

On December 3, 2019, he married Kateri Killman, and she survives.

Stephen was retired from the United States Air Force. He had also worked for the University of Central Missouri for over 10 years. 

Stephen was a member of Victory Missionary Baptist Church in Gentry, the American Legion Post 159 in Gentry, the DAV, and he loved to watch the old western movies. 

Stephen is survived by his wife Kateri Killman; sons, Joseph Armes and wife Aubrey, Michael Armes and wife Oksana, Mark Killman and wife Ashely, and Mathew Killman and wife Tabitha; daughters, Rachel McLaughin and husband Jack and Melissa Roseberry and husband Dan; sisters, Beverly Pitts, Elizabeth Vazquez, and Brenda Shell; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a host of friends. 

Friends may visit with the family at the Victory Missionary Baptist Church in Gentry on Saturday, Dec 7, 2024, from 9:00am to 10:00am until time of service. Funeral services will be held immediately following, with Military Honors. 

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Benevolence Fund at the American Legion Post 159, PO Box 1159, Gentry, Arkansas 72734, to assist fellow Veterans.
