Steven Holmes

Steven DeLane Holmes, 59, of Siloam Springs, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025.

Steven was born on June 3, 1966, in Glendale, Arizona of the Luke Air Force Base. He was the son of Wilber Holmes and Norma Simmons Holmes. He married Cindy Jones Holmes on September 20, 2018. Steven was a motorcycle enthusiast who loved riding and going on long trips. Enjoyed watching videos on YouTube and spending time with his family. He had been employed at PAM trucking for many years and was currently working for Hurricane Express Trucking in West Siloam Springs in emergency care/dispatching.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Leland Holmes.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Holmes of the home; a son, Brian Holmes of Siloam Springs; a daughter, Tiffany Sutherland of Rogers; two stepsons Elvan Allen of Fayetteville and Jason Allen of Siloam Springs; two stepdaughters, Kathryn Allen of Van Buren and Jessica Alsip of Neosho, MO; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs, Arkansas. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date to be determined.
