Ue was born February 15, 1961 in Laos to Chong Moua Vang and Khou Lor.

The services for Ue will begin 8:00am-10:00pm on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

The service will continue 8:00am-10:00pm on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

The burial will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023 at Oak Hill Cemetery of Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The funeral procession is tentative to depart from the funeral home around 9:00am.
