River Bill will always hold a special place in my heart. He always tried to act tough, but underneath he had a heart of gold. We would sit in the living room of his home and have long conversations about life and business, he offered some good advice . He loved my kids and enjoyed visiting with them as they grew up. Thanks for the laughs and memories River Bill , you will be missed greatly. RIP my friend!
