Winston was not just a part of our Church but, he was also a part of our Life Group, which met at noon on Sunday's after service. He always enjoyed the food our great cooks made. We are so thankful for the times he was with us and always enjoyed him sharing about his life experiences and family. Although we have not got to see him for awhile, due to Covid 19 and him being sick, he will certainly be missed. Our sympathies and condolences to his family.

In February of 1991 I became a Dispatcher for the Siloam Springs Police Department. My first shift alone Sgt. Rowe was the Patrol Sergeant on duty. Sgt. Rowe always treated me well, it was an honor to serve with him.
